PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag from which a medical product such as a prefilled syringe can be taken out without losing sterility.SOLUTION: There is provided a pillow-type packaging bag 100 inside of which can be sterilized, for packaging medical products. The packaging bag 100 comprises a double-layered airtight film 104, a slit, a breathable film 108 provided so as to close the slit, and an opening mechanism. A planar shape of the double-layered airtight film in a double-layered state is in an approximately rectangular shape, and an outer peripheral end part in a double-layered state is sealed or bent. Further, the slit is formed on the airtight film 104 in parallel with its approximately rectangular long side. Further, the breathable film 108 has microbial barrier property.
