Disclosed is an apparatus for evaluating the function of an intravascular catheter that can quantify and objectify the function of catheter upon insertion of the intravascular catheter. The apparatus for evaluating the function of an intravascular catheter includes a main body on which a syringe is detachably mounted； a sensing unit provided in the main body to measure the tensile force applied to the syringe； and a control unit for calculating a corrected tensile force value by using the tensile force value measured in the sensing unit and determining whether a conduit connected to the syringe is located at the center within a predetermined distance from the radial center of the blood vessel through the corrected tensile force value.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020혈관 내 도관의 삽입시, 도관 기능을 정량화하고 객관화할 수 있는 혈관 내 도관기능 평가장치가 개시된다. 이 혈관 내 도관기능 평가장치는 시린지가 착탈 가능하게 장착되는 본체와, 시린지에 가해지는 인장력을 측정하도록 본체 내에 구비되는 센싱부와, 센싱부에서 측정된 인장력값을 이용하여 보정된 인장력값을 계산하고 보정된 인장력값을 통해 시린지에 연결된 도관이 혈관의 직경방향 중심에서 소정거리 내 중심부에 위치되는지 여부를 결정하는 제어부를 포함할 수 있다.
