The present invention is a gel composition for attaching a dental patch, wherein the gel composition contains water and ethanol as a solvent for forming a gel, and a tooth surface characterized by being gelled using a polymer dissolved in both water and ethanol. An adhesive gel composition is provided. In addition, the present invention provides a kit for tooth whitening, including the tooth composition gel composition and a tooth whitening patch.
