The invention generally relates to the preparation of 18F-labeled radiopharmaceuticals. In particular, this invention relates to the advanced processes for an efficient eiution of [18F]fluoride trapped in a cartridge filled with quaternary ammonium polymer which comprises inert non-basic and non-nucleophilic counter anions. The said methods and polymer cartridges allow the rapid preparation of suitable [18F]fluoride solution, which is also less basic to reduce the formation of byproducts, finally to increase radiochemical yield and purity of 18F-radiopharmaceuticals.본 발명은 대체로 18F-표지 방사성약제의 제조에 관한 것이다. 특히, 본 발명은 불활성 비염기성 및 비친핵성 반대 음이온을 포함하는 4급 암모늄 중합체로 충전된 카트리지 내에 포획된 [18F]플루오라이드의 효율적인 용리를 위한 진보된 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 방법 및 중합체 카트리지는 적합한 [18F]플루오라이드 용액의 신속한 제조를 가능하게 하는데, 이 용액은 또한 덜 염기성이어서 부산물의 형성을 감소시키며, 최종적으로 18F-방사성약제의 방사화학적 수율 및 순도를 증가시킨다.
