A method of analyzing love state by using cerebral blood flow comprises the following steps: (a) providing a near-infrared cerebral blood flow analyzer to be worn on the head of a subject (b) using the near-infrared cerebral blood flow analyzer to perform fundamental cerebral testing of the subject to analyze the cerebral cortical activity information before the subject answers questions (c) using the near-infrared cerebral blood flow analyzer to establish the cerebral cortical activity information of the subject when he/she honestly answers YES and NO (d) using the near-infrared cerebral blood flow analyzer to collect the cerebral cortical activity information of the subject when he/she is asked at least one love-related question and the subject can only answer one of YES or NO (e) comparing the cerebral cortical activity information of the subject when he/she answers YES or NO in step (d) with the cerebral cortical activity information established in step (c) (f) determining whether the answer of the subject to the love-related question is true or false according to the comparison result of step (e), wherein the cerebral cortical activity information is established according to the cerebral blood flow cortical active area of the subject, and the testing portion comprises an affirmative answer area and a negative answer area.一種利用腦血流量分析愛情狀態的方法,其步驟包括:(a)提供一近紅外線腦血流量分析儀並配戴於一受測者之頭部;(b)利用該近紅外線腦血流量分析儀對該受測者進行一大腦基本檢測,分析在未回答問題前的大腦皮質活躍資訊;(c)利用該近紅外線腦血流量分析儀建立該受測者在誠實回答「是」及「不是」之大腦皮質活躍資訊;(d)利用該近紅外線腦血流量分析儀收集對該受測者提問至少一愛情相關問題,且該受測者只能回答「是」或「不是」其中之一之大腦皮質活躍資訊;(e) 將步驟(d)受測者對愛情相關問題回答「是」或「不是」其中之一大腦皮質活躍資訊與步驟(c)所建立的大腦皮質活躍資訊作比對;(f) 根據步驟(e)的比對結果判定該受測者對該愛情相關問題回答之真假;其中該大腦皮質活躍資訊係根據檢測該受測者之大腦血流量皮質活躍區域所建立,檢測部位包括一肯定回答區及否定回答區。
