PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a phase of jitter between a wavelength scan of a light source in a swept source optical coherence tomograph (SS-OCT) and a timing to collect data as a spectrum interference signal with an optical detector without additionally using expensive and complicated hardware.SOLUTION: On the basis of a spectrum interference signal which is obtained by overlapping reference light emitted from a swept-source light source 2 in the SS-OCT, split, and reflected by a fixed reference mirror 8, and object light reflected by an object of measurement 6 and which is detected by an optical detector 15, a computer 16 that creates a tomographic image is caused to function to roughly correct the tomographic image with first correction means, and further finely correct the tomographic image with second correction means so as to stabilize a phase of the SS-OCT.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】SS-OCTにおける光源の波長スキャンと、光検知器でスペクトル干渉信号としてデータを収集するタイミングとの間のジッターを高価で複雑なハードウェアを追加的に使用せず、位相を安定化させる。【解決手段】SS-OCTの波長走査型光源2から出射されて分割され、固定参照鏡8で反射された参照光と、被計測物体6で反射された物体光が重ねられて光検知器15で検出されたスペクトル干渉信号に基づき、断層画像を生成するコンピュータ16を、第1の補正手段で大まかに補正し、第2の補正手段でさらに詳細に補正させるように機能させて、SS-OCTの位相を安定化する。【選択図】図1
