The invention relates to a method for the combined production of a fermented solid product and ethanol, comprising the following stages: 1) providing a mixture that has been crushed or rolled, or otherwise crushed biomass containing oligosaccharides and / or polysaccharides and live yeast with a ratio of dry matter and water from 2: 1 to 100: 1; 2) fermentation of the mixture obtained in stage (1) under the conditions when the water content in the initial mixture does not exceed 65% by weight for 1-36 hours at a temperature of about 25-60 ° C under anaerobic conditions; 3) incubation of the fermentable mixture obtained in step (2) for 0.5-240 minutes at a temperature of about 70-150 ° C; and 4) separating the wet fermented solid product from the fermented mixture obtained in step (3); additionally comprising or a) carrying out the fermentation at stage (2) in one or more connected blade-screw or continuous screw conveyor, optionally installed not vertically with means for letting in the fermentable mixture and means for releasing the mixture that passed the fermentation, temperature and pH, or b) adding at any of the stages (1), (2) and (3) one or more technological additives, and additionally including stage 5) separating the crude ethanol from the fermented mixture with adii (2) under vacuum and / or step (3) under vacuum or by injection of steam and the condensation of excess steam generated by distillation.
