PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for preventing and removing weeds, capable of preventing germination of weeds and selectively removing weeds around a crop without damaging the crop.SOLUTION: The apparatus for preventing and removing weeds comprises: raking operation parts 2 arranged in the front-rear direction, each raking operation part having a plurality of raking bodies 1. A raking body 1 of a first raking operation part 2 is disposed between raking bodies 1 adjacent to each other of a second raking operation part 2 so that the raking body 1 of the first raking operation part 2 moves between the traces made by the raking bodies 1 adjacent to each other of the second raking operation part 2, which move raking over a muddy land. The raking body 1 is formed into a dropping body having an uneven shape horizontally projected and recessed, and has a raking-cutting part 3 for cutting weed roots at its lower end.
