Described here are expandable devicesand methods for using them. The devicesgenerally comprise a hub and a plurality of legsextending therefrom. In some variations, the hubmay comprise one or more domed portions, taperedportions, or the like. The legs may compriseone or more straight segments, one or morecurved segments, or a combination thereof. Thedevices may comprise one or more polymers, and/or one or more portions of the device may be configuredto biodegrade. In other variations, the devicemay be configured to release one or moredrugs therefrom. Additionally, in some variationsthe devices may be configured to be self-expandablefrom a low-profile configuration to an expandedconfiguration.
