Method comprises steps of: S1: selection of transparent container with hole, which is closed by tight plug, S2: preparation of culture medium: S21: adding gellan gum into transparent nutrient fluid to form a plant cultivation medium. Amount of gellan gum in mixture is 2–10 g/l. Medium is a transparent liquid. pH value of the medium for cultivation is in range of 3.5–10.0. At step S22, the transparent container is filled with the cultivation medium in the liquid form obtained at step S21, and the clear container opening is sealed by means of a sealed plug. S23 performs sterilization of a transparent container obtained at step S22 at temperature of 122±2 °C and pressure 1.06±0.02 kg/cm2 for 15–40 minutes. Then it is cooled down to room temperature until medium in liquid form in transparent container hardens. S24 is used to treat transparent container sterile at step S23 with adhesive agent under the following conditions: temperature is 20–25 °C, RH relative humidity is in range of 30–50 %, light intensity is equal to 5–20 mcmole/m2/s. After 5–14 days, the culture medium and the transparent container adhere to each other, which eliminates the occurrence of sliding relative to each other. Transparent container in process of processing with adhesive agent is located in normal vertical position. On S3: in a sterile environment of plant growing, a tight plug is removed and an alive sterile seedling or a sterile seed is cultivated in the solidified medium for cultivation through a hole in a transparent container. Cultivated in accordance with plant growth direction to ensure harmonization between plant, culture medium and container. Then the container is sealed with a tight plug for cultivation in a sterile environment. S4 is followed by sterile cultivation of plants: a transparent sealed container with a cultured live seedling or sterile seed is held at temperature of 20–27 °C, humidity RH 30–70 % and light inte
