PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image display, a medical image display method and a program for performing the same by which the traveling direction of blood vessels in a maximum projection image can be clearly indicated.SOLUTION: The medical image display creates a display form setting table from the feature amount of predetermined blood vessels in a blood vessel region of three-dimensional image data. It imparts a display form based on the display form setting table to the predetermined blood vessels in the blood vessel region in the maximum intensity projection image.
