The present invention comprises a stent main body (4) which has a cylindrical shape, and a valve leaflet (5) which may open or close a blood vessel (2) in a blood flow direction. The valve leaflet (5) is formed at a connective tissue body, and projects from the stent main body (4) in an inner radial direction. The stent main body (4) communicates in and out in a radial direction. The stent does not block a branching blood vessel (8).
