PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design a product form securing long-term storage stability at a non-using time of a chlorine dioxide generator at a using time, and having high safety in which contamination with foreign matter or wrong use by a user is eliminated by controlling a reaction at the using time, and to design a product form maintaining chlorine dioxide concentration in a using environment after a start of use at optional concentration for an optional period.SOLUTION: The long-term storage stability is secured by a main agent formed by mixing a chlorite with a desiccant, and a gas permeation amount is controlled by a waterproofing moisture-permeable bag and a container, to thereby control the concentration and the period at the using time. In this chlorine dioxide generator at the using time, the main agent and an activating agent are stored and sealed inside the waterproofing moisture-permeable bag and the container, and the main agent is separated from the activating agent at the non-using time by easily-peelable processing, and the main agent is mixed with the activating agent at the using time following peeling of an easily-peelable processed part by pressing the product, to thereby achieve a safe reaction without a risk of contamination with foreign matter or the like in the sealed bag or the container.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】 用時二酸化塩素発生剤の未使用時長期保存安定性の確保、ならびに、使用時に反応を制御し異物の混入、使用者の誤使用を排除した安全性の高い製品形態、使用開始以後の使用環境下における二酸化塩素濃度を任意の濃度、任意の期間維持することを目的とした製品形態の設計。【解決手段】 亜塩素酸塩と乾燥剤を混合してなる主剤により長期保存安定性を確保し、防水透湿性の袋および容器によってガス透過量を制御することで、使用時の濃度および期間を制御する。防水透湿性袋および容器の内部には、主剤と活性化剤を収容密封し、未使用時には易剥離性加工によって主剤と活性化剤を隔て、使用時に製品を圧迫することで主剤と活性化剤が易剥離性加工部分の剥離に伴って混合し、密封された袋および容器内で異物などが混入する恐れなく安全に反応させることができる用時二酸化塩素発生剤。
