A method for vertebral fusion monosegmental care provides the processing of operation field with surgical access to the anterior surface of the bodies of the cervical spine , removing the damaged (destroyed) from intervertebral disc , formation of interbody space in the cavity, arrangement of intervertebral device , with its subsequent fixation and wound stitching layering. The intervertebral device is designed as an adaptive implant that contains a slotted member formed as elastic braces with needles , which diverge on the outer surfaces of the cantilever ends with located spikes. In place of the stretch of an opening bracket , in which the set screw are threaded into the bracket directed and passes through the block in the form of a parallelepiped with axial threaded opening and of two parallel slits in one end for temporarily fixing the free ends of the bracket. When assembled, the initial state (with partial removed screws) intervertebral device is brought in the interbody space, propelling it forward bend bracket forward, then block is pulled from the exit of parallel slits of all brackets and bended along its axis at 90 °. Then through the opening in the block screwdriver is installed and screwing is started on the screw .
