The universal clamp of working tips of medical instruments relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used to fix the working tips of various medical instruments. The technical result is the creation of a device for fixing replaceable working tips of medical instruments with a simple method of fixing and removing them. a universal fixator for working nozzles of medical instruments was carried out in clinical practice in 45 patients with laparotomy and hernioplasty. There were no complications associated with the use of the new instrument. There were no cases of defects in fixing the working attachments of medical instruments. The convenience of using the working tips in clinical practice intraoperatively has increased.
