Device (1) for inserting a needle (21) into a site, comprising: - a bearing wall (19) on the site, - a needle (21) comprising an insertion end (21 ') mounted movable relative to the bearing wall (19) between at least one position before insertion, one insertion position and one retracted position, - a needle insertion unit (20) comprising actuating means (30 ) of the needle (21) capable of moving the needle (21) from its position before insertion to its insertion position, and from its insertion position to its retracted position. The device comprises means (11, 25, 12) for adjusting the position of the needle insertion unit (20) relative to the bearing wall (19) making it possible to move the insertion unit needle (20) relative to the bearing wall (19) and thus vary the distance between the insertion end (21 ') and the bearing wall (19) in the insertion position. Le dispositif comporte des moyens de réglage (11, 25, 12) de la position de l’unité d’insertion d’aiguille (20) par rapport à la paroi d’appui (19) permettant de déplacer l’unité d’insertion d’aiguille (20) par rapport à la paroi d’appui (19) et ainsi de faire varier la distance entre l’extrémité d’insertion (21’) et la paroi d’appui (19) en position d’insertion.
