The present invention relates to a system reconstructing a new ligament in a tunnel matching to the cruciate ligament removed due to rupture on the tibia and the femur. The system includes: an embedded member connecting a bar ligament which is inserted into the tunnel to apply an elastic force thereto and a wire applying a predetermined tension force to both ends of the ligament a connection member attached with a washer and a button which is bound with the wire passing through the tunnel on the surface of the tibia and femur to maintain the tension force and a fixing member coupling a tanned screw meshing with the ligament in the tunnel and a fixing screw restricting the washer on the tibia by using pressure.
