The skin cleanser composition, which is an aspect of the present invention, can contain a vegetable oil and fat which have been subjected to ultra-high pressure emulsification treatment, can provide a feeling of soft feeling to the skin after skin cleansing, has a moisturizing effect and has improved cleansing power.
