The medical fluid bag (1) has an outlet nozzle (2), which is closed with a switchable valve unit (3) for an external surrounding and is sealed by a sterile-sealed locking unit (4) arranged on the outlet nozzle. A valve actuating element (9) is provided in an interior of a break-off cap (8) of the locking unit. A valve body (10) is forcibly operated after connection of the outlet nozzle with locking unit, and thus the valve unit opens such that a fluidic connection is presented between the fluid bag and a cavity (7) encapsulated by the break-off cap.
