A plow apparatus operated by power system according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a support rod to which a speed reducer gearbox is coupled to one side and an engine is coupled to the other side； a power shaft connecting the reducer gearbox and the engine； a wheel coupled to the reducer gearbox and a plurality of which are disposed along the circumference so that a member having a v-shaped cross section can be perpendicular upon contact with the ground； a mounting portion extending below the support rod toward the ground and having other equipment detachably coupled to the lower end thereof； and a knob portion formed in a triangular ring shape such that the power shaft passes through the inside thereof and formed on the upper portion of the support rod.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르는 동력쟁기장치는, 일측에 감속기 기어박스가 결합되고 타측에 엔진이 결합되는 지지 로드； 상기 감속기 기어박스와 상기 엔진을 연결하는 동력 샤프트； 상기 감속기 기어박스에 결합되고, v자 단면을 갖는 부재가 지면과 접촉시 수직이 되게 원주를 따라 복수로 배치되는 휠； 상기 지지 로드의 하부에 상기 지면을 향하여 연장되고, 하단에 다른 장비가 착탈가능하게 결합되는 장착부； 및 상기 동력 샤프트가 내측을 관통하도록 삼각링 형상으로 이루어지고, 상기 지지 로드의 상부에 형성되는 노브부를 포함한다.
