PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition for dentistry, providing a cured article having high mechanical strength, and having good abrasivity and excellent operability.SOLUTION: The curable composition for the dentistry comprises (A) a polymerizable monomer, (B) a mixed filler of silica-based metal oxide particles obtained by mixing (b1) surface-treated silica-based metal oxide particles I having large diameters and spherical or nearly spherical shapes, (b2) surface-treated silica-based metal oxide particles II having small diameters and spherical or nearly spherical shapes, and (b3) silica-based metal oxide fine particles III such as fumed silica, and (C) a polymerization initiator.
