PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic bone assessment device capable of obtaining the appropriate calibration value with a simple device configuration.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic bone assessment device, which transmits and receives ultrasonic waves to a living body placed on a mounting table and evaluates the intravital bone, includes: a pair of ultrasound transducers 34 arranged to hold the living body placed on the mounting table therebetween a pair of matching-material bags 18 each of which is located between the ultrasound transducer 34 and living body, and houses an acoustic matching material therein and a communication passage 44 which is located between the matching-material bags 18 and allows an internal space between the pair of matching-material bags 18 to communicate with each other.
