PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antisnoring device having a previously-developed mouthpiece-like shape, being not a method for solving snoring but securing passage of the throat by fixing a small piece, with a biting position specified, by front teeth of the upper jaw and lower jaw including a body having just a small portion put in the oral cavity and most part thereof placed outside the oral cavity and, though there are differences between individuals, securing high-quality sleep of an identical person and a partner without requiring many processes and costs in production like the mouthpiece, by effectively pulling the lower jaw forward and preventing snoring in sleeping.SOLUTION: The antisnoring device is a plate-like body to be insertable into a mouth for solving the problem and having elasticity, where the plate-like body includes grooves that are bitten by upper-jaw front teeth and lower-jaw front teeth, on front/rear surfaces respectively at a same position in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】これまで開発されてきたマウスピース状のもので、いびきを改善する方法ではなく、単に噛む位置を指定した小片を上顎部及び下顎部の前歯で固定して、喉の通りを確保しようとするものである。本体は口腔内に入っている部分はごくわずかで、ほとんとが口腔内の外にある状態で使用する。個人差はあってもマウスピースのように作成に多くの工程と費用を要しないで、効果的に下顎部を前に引き出して睡眠時のいびきを防止し、本人及びパートナーに質の高い睡眠を確保しようとするいびき防止具である。【解決手段】上記課題を解決するために口に挿入が可能で、弾力性を有する板状体であって、該板状体の表裏面のそれぞれに、長手方向に対して直行する方向でかつ同じ位置に、上顎部前歯や下顎部前歯で噛みこむ溝を形成したことを特徴とする。【選択図】図3
