PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminating material which can assure a stable fixable and a flat adhesive surface which alleviates a constantly microscopic compression to a skin surface by incorporating a high followability to an expansion and a contraction of a fine skin and a mechanical stimulus due to the deviation of a fixed material, which does not simply bring about a stress relaxation by plasticization as the entire laminating material and which is not liable to bring about a wrinkle. SOLUTION: A base material is obtained by laminating a second film layer having a lower stress relaxation than that of the first film layer made of a thermoplastic resin except one or more types of olefin thermoplastic elastomer on any of a polymer alloy of an amorphous polyolefin, an olefin resin and a thermoplastic elastomer, a copolymer and an acrylic urethane copolymer so that the first film layer made of the olefin thermoplastic elastomer becomes the skin laminating side outermost layer. The laminating material is obtained by laminating an adhesive layer directly or indirectly on the first film layer of the base film.
