A portable low-frequency low-power physiological status signal emission device is provided, which is internally configured with a low-frequency low-power emitter. The low-frequency low-power emitter comprises a sensor, a directional antenna and a control module. The control module is utilized to control the sensor to sense a users human physiological status, to process the human physiological status as a human physiological status signal, and to emit the human physiological status signal to a receiver through the directional antenna. A long shaft of the directional antenna has an axis that is kept at a specific angle relative to a traverse line of the users upper limbs. With the setting of the specific angle, the directional antenna can be substantially parallel to a receiving antenna when the users limbs are swinging.
