The present invention relates to a walker apparatus for inducing safe movement via a dual braking type, comprising: a main body (10) having a top stand (11), a bottom stand (12), and a connection stand (13)； a braking unit having a braking pad (26) on a traveling wheel (21) on the bottom stand (12)； a first braker (30) installed to transmit operating force of a one-side lever (32) to the braking pad (26)； and a second braker (40) installed to transmit operating force of the other lever (42) to the brake pad (26). Accordingly, when an urgent situation occurs while the old or the disabled pushes or moves the same, braking takes place due to movement of the body other than hands or feet, thereby increasing safety.본 발명은 이중제동 방식으로 안전한 이동을 유도하는 워커기구에 있어서: 상부대(11), 하부대(12), 연결대(13)를 지닌 본체(10)； 상기 하부대(12)의 주행휠(21)에 제동패드(26)를 구비하는 제동수단； 일측 레버(32)의 작동력을 제동패드(26)에 전달하도록 설치되는 제1제동기(30)； 및 타측 레버(42) 작동력을 제동패드(26)에 전달하도록 설치되는 제2제동기(40)；를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.이에 따라, 고령자나 장애인들이 밀고 이동하는 도중에 긴급한 상황이 발생하면 손이나 발 외에 신체의 동작에 의하여 제동이 발생하여 안전성을 제고하는 효과가 있다.
