PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas supply tube for virtual endoscope and an intestinal tract pressure control device provided with the same capable of preventing artifact from being generated by a leading element and releasing a patient from distress during examination.SOLUTION: A gas supply tube which is inserted into an intestinal tract for sending a gas into the intestinal tract at the time of CT imaging for obtaining original image data to create an endoscopic image comprises: a tube body 2 an intestinal gas supply conduit line capable of sending the gas into the intestinal tract from a hole 2a in the body side and an opening 3a a detention balloon 4 disposed in a base end side rather than the hole 2a in the body side a gas supply conduit line for detention which is connected to an inside of the detention balloon and sends a gas into the detention balloon to inflate the detention balloon a metallic leading element 6 provided at a tip of the intestinal gas supply conduit line a leading element balloon 7 for covering the leading element and a fluid injection conduit line which is inserted into the tube body and connected to an inside of the leading element balloon for injection of a fluid into the leading element balloon to inflate the leading element balloon.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 先導子によるアーチファクト発生を防止し、さらに検査時における患者の苦痛を軽減可能な仮想内視鏡用送気チューブ及びこれを備えた腸管内圧制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】 仮想内視鏡画像を作成する為のオリジナル画像データを得るためにCT撮影をする際、腸管内に挿入されて腸管内に気体を送る送気チューブであって、チューブ本体2と、本体側孔2a及び開口部3aから腸管内に気体を送気可能な腸内用送気管路と、本体側孔2aよりも基端側に設けられた留置バルーン4と、留置バルーン内に接続され留置バルーン内に気体を送って膨張させる留置用送気管路と、腸内用送気管路の先端部に設けられた金属製の先導子6と、先導子を覆う先導子バルーン7と、チューブ本体の内部に挿通されていると共に先導子バルーン内に接続され先導子バルーン内に液体を注入させて膨張させる液体注入管路とを備えている。【選択図】 図1
