PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grass mower blade-attaching structure capable of simply and quickly performing replacement work of a mowing blade without a tool, and to provide a blade which can be used two or more times with one mowing blade.SOLUTION: In a mowing blade-attaching structure, a mowing blade 3 is removably attached to a tip of a rotary stay 2 driven to rotate by a motor of a grass mower 1. The rotary stay 2 is provided with an insert mounting part 21 at the tip for slidably inserting an attaching part 31 of the mowing blade 3 in the longitudinal direction of the rotary stay 2. The rotary stay 2 is provided with a lock pin-mounting hole 22 for inserting a lock pin 4 penetrating a vertical wall of the insert mounting part 21. The mowing blade 3 is like a flat plate, a mounting part 32 is provided with a through hole 33 for inserting the lock pin 4 and a slit 34 narrower than a bore diameter of the through hole 33 is formed from the through hole 33 along the insert direction.
