PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel composition for increasing cerebral blood flow. According to the present invention, there is provided a composition for increasing cerebral blood flow, which comprises an enzymatic degradation product of milk protein as an active ingredient. The milk protein enzymatic degradation product is preferably a whey protein enzymatic degradation product. The milk protein enzymatic degradation product preferably contains a peptide having the amino acid sequence of GTWY (SEQ ID NO: 1) and a peptide having the amino acid sequence of WY. The composition of the present invention can be taken by a subject having a decreased cerebral blood flow or a subject at risk of having a decreased cerebral blood flow.
