PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft capsule solving problems such that the capsule film of a soft capsule is easy to wet/soften under high temperature/high humidity and the capsule adheres each other because it contains a plasticizer and a water retention agent, and for a soft capsule made by punching, the connecting part of the capsule film is fragile and sometimes the contained solution leaks, and to prevent the leakage the capsule film, it must have some thickness and its disintegration property is sacrificed.SOLUTION: This capsule has a soft capsule film composed of a double-layer and every layer contains the same gelling film base material component, and the content of the plasticizer and/or the water retention agent in the outer layer 5 is less than the content of the plasticizer and/or the water retention agent in the inner layer 4 which is in contact with the contents 3 of the capsule or zero. The outer layer 5 which is completely covering the inner layer 4 prevents the adhesion between capsules, and in the case of the soft capsule made by punching method, it prevents the leakage of the contents 3 from the connecting part 8.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】軟カプセルのカプセル皮膜は可塑剤や保水剤が含まれているので高温・高湿下では湿潤・軟化し易く、カプセル同士が付着してしまう。又、打ち抜き法による軟カプセルにおいてはカプセル皮膜の接合部分が一番脆く、ここからカプセル内溶液が漏れ出してくる場合があるが、この漏れ出しを防止する為にはカプセル皮膜にある程度の厚みをもたせなければならず、崩壊性が犠牲になっている。【解決手段】軟カプセル皮膜が複層で構成され、いずれの層も同じゲル化性皮膜基材成分を含み、外側層5の可塑剤及び/又は保水剤の含有量はカプセル内容物3に接触する内側層4の可塑剤及び/又は保水剤の含有量より少ないか又は0(ゼロ)となるカプセル。内側層4を隙間なく被覆する外側層5はカプセル同士の付着を防止し、打ち抜き法による軟カプセルにおいては接合部分8からの内容物3の漏れを防止する。【選択図】 図1
