Disclosed are a distractor for partially-customized 3D distraction osteogenesis, and a manufacturing method, a recording medium, and a manufacturing apparatus thereof. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a distractor manufacturing method comprises: a) an image file generation step (S110) of generating a 3D skull image file and a 3D tooth portion image of a patient; b) a fusion image generation step (S120) of fusing the 3D skull image file (11) and the 3D tooth portion image (12) to generate a fusion image (10); c) an installation position/direction selection step (S130) of selecting a position/direction in which the maxillary (14) to be operated is cut and a distractor (150) and a distractor guide (100) are installed, from the fusion image (10); d) a distractor guide shape generation step (S140) of generating the shape of the distractor guide (100) including an attachment/fixing surface (110), a distractor coupling groove (120), and a distractor coupling hole (130) after the installation position/direction selection step; and e) a distractor guide manufacturing step (S150) of using generated distractor shape data to manufacture the distractor guide (100).
