PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical image measuring device that facilitates performing measurement without losing measuring timing.SOLUTION: An image processing unit 230 of the optical image measuring device 1 determines the propriety of the alignment state of an optical system to an eye E to be examined, the propriety of the focus state to the noticeable region of the eyeground Ef, the propriety of the position of a preparatorily acquired tomographic image in a frame, the propriety of the image quality of the preparatorily acquired tomographic image and the propriety of the tracking state of the irradiation position of signal light LS to the movement of matter to be measured. When all of these conditions are determined to be proper, a control unit 210 controls the optical system and an image forming part 220 to form the tomographic image of the noticeable region of the eyeground Ef. By this constitution, even when the tomographic image of the matter to be measured having movement like an eye is acquired, measurement can easily be performed without losing the measuring timing.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
