The present invention relates to an iontophoresis system. An iontophoresis hydrogel patch according to the present invention has viscosity which is suitable in producing a patch and is able to be adjusted to desired viscosity, and also has desired physical properties by being easily cross-linked by means of UV radiation. The iontophoresis hydrogel patch is cross-linked while being coated, so a patch can be rapidly produced. Also, a monomer such as acrylamide is not used, so the iontophoresis hydrogel patch does not have harmfulness at all. Skin adhesion and physical properties which have been the weakest points of a conventional iontophoresis patch can be excellently ensured according to the present invention, and the iontophoresis hydrogel patch can be applied to various ionizable medicines having large molecular weights. Also, a small battery can be attached and detached, many patches can be used by one battery. Vitamin C such as sodium ascorbate or vitamin C-2 phosphate can be easily applied to a patch before being used by being loaded on a conventional film or serum.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 이온토포레시스 시스템에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 이온토포레시스 하이드로젤 패취는, 패취 제조에 적당한 점도를 가지며 원하는 점도로 조절 가능하고, UV조사에 의해 쉽게 가교가 되어 원하는 물성을 가지며, 도포하면서 가교가 되어 빠른 패취 생산 가능하며, 아크릴아마이드등의 단량체를 사용하지 않아 유해성이 전혀 없으며, 기존 이온토포레시스 패취의 가장 큰 단점인 피부 점착력 및 물성이 좋으며, 이온화 가능한 분자량이 큰 여러 약물에 적용가능하며, 소형 배터리의 탈부착이 가능하여 배터리 하나로 많은 패취의 사용이 가능하고, 비타민C의 경우 아스코르브산나트륨(sodium ascorbate)나 비타민 C-2 포스페이트(Vitamine C-2 Phosphate)를 속용성 필름이나 세럼에 로딩하여 사용하기 전 패취에 적용이 손쉽게 가능하다.
