PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral composition having a good anti-inflammatory effect and suppressed discoloration upon storage, or having color change stability.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided an oral composition comprising: (A) pyrrolidone carboxylic acid and/or a salt thereof； (B) ε-aminocaproic acid and/or a salt thereof； and (C) a vitamin and/or a terpene. The vitamin is preferably one or two or more vitamins including at least vitamin E or vitamin B2.
