The present invention relates to a composition containing at least one extract selected from the group consisting of an extract of Panax notoginseug, an extract of Saponaria Officinalis L. leaves, an extract of Glycine max L. leaves, an extract of Phaseolus radiatus L. leaves, and an extract of Phaseolus vulgaris L. leaves as an active ingredient for improving, preventing, or treating Th2-mediated immune disease. The composition of the present invention has downregulatory activities on production of nitric oxide (NO), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-&alpha；), and IgE and provides inexpensive production costs and ease of use by using natural substances as raw materials.삼칠근(Panax notoginseug) 추출물, 비누풀잎(Saponaria Officinalis L.) 추출물, 검정콩 잎(Glycine max L.) 추출물, 녹두 잎(Phaseolus radiatus L.) 추출물 및 호랑이콩 잎(Phaseolus vulgaris L.) 추출물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 Th2-매개 면역 질환 개선, 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물은 NO(Nitric Oxide), TNF-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-alpha) 및 IgE의 생성을 감소시키는 활성을 제공하며, 천연물을 소재로 이용하여 저렴한 생산비용과 사용의 편이성을 제공할 수 있다.
