The present application provides novel compounds and methods of making and using these compounds. In one embodiment, the compound is of structure I, wherein R 1 -R 4 are defined herein. In additional embodiments, these compounds are useful in P2X 3 or P2X 2/3 receptor or one of the control methods of both.
