The above solvent is one or more kinds preferably selected from the group consisting of water, ethanol, hydrous ethanol, methanol, hydrous methanol, acetone, and hydrous acetone. The above wheat variety are one or more kinds preferably selected from the group consisting of wheat, barley, rye, and oats.
