The present invention relates to a rotary brush head for generating bubbles, which performs generating and distributing bubbles smoothly. For a brush head comprising a rotation member which has a brush and is coupled to an end portion of a housing (H) of a washing device to rotate through a shaft protrusion, and a fixing member which has a brush and is coupled to an end portion of the housing through a fixing shaft. In an upper part of a cylindrical rotation body forming the rotation member, formed are an inner side brush and an outer side brush as a two-stage shape in which steps are formed to be higher in an outer side than an inner side to prevent bubbles from leaving outwardly. A space unit for mounting the fixing member is formed on a center of the rotation body. In an upper part of a fixing body forming the fixing member, provided is a fixing brush which guides upwardly bubbles generated by the inner side brush. In an outer circumference of the fixing body, integrally formed are a plurality of protrusion units which have a radial structure in order to apply repeated shocks to an inner side of the inner side brush when the rotation member rotates. Accordingly, since the rotation member rotates in a high speed to make the inner side brush graze the protrusion units sequentially, the present invention rotates a cleansing agent to generate bubbles, and bubbles are distributed to the outer side brush by rotation of the rotation member such that a cleansing effect is improved.
