The present invention relates to a closed suction catheter for removing the respiratory secretion to be secreted in the respiratory tract of a patient, the closed suction catheter having a tube (10) covered by a flexible outer skin (20), a suction controller (30) for controlling suction pressure mounted on one end of the tube (10), and a connection adaptor (40) mounted on the other end of the tube (10), wherein a main body (31) of the suction controller (30) is connected to the flexible outer skin (20) by a coupler (32), two tube holes (311, 312) are formed on the main body (31) such that the tube (10) penetrates the main body (31), a long groove (313) on which a roller (33) is mounted is formed between the two tube holes (311, 312), guide parts (315) for guiding the movement of the roller (33) are respectively formed on the side walls (314) of the long groove (313), and the bottom surface (316) of the main body (31) on which the tube (10) is arranged is formed to be inclined, and thus the extent to which the tube (10) is open is controlled by the roller (33) mounted on the main body (31) since the roller (33) closes the tube (10) by pushing the tube (10) as the roller (33) approaches from one end of the main body (31) toward the other end, and the tube (10) is opened as the roller (33) approaches from the other end toward the one end.La présente invention concerne un cathéter daspiration fermé destiné à éliminer la sécrétion respiratoire devant être secrétée dans les voies respiratoires dun patient, le cathéter daspiration fermé ayant un tube (10) recouvert par une peau externe souple (20), un régulateur daspiration (30) destiné à réguler la pression daspiration monté sur une extrémité du tube (10) et un adaptateur de raccordement (40) monté sur lautre extrémité du tube (10).
