According to the invention, it is proposed to produce a novel autonomous device (1) for controlling harmful flying insects and more specifically against flies, based on the concentration on said device of a beam of attractants of flies developed by the combination of "color vision + olfaction + taste" stimuli, to attract flies to a solid, non-sticky surface with contact insecticides for said flies. The device operates by almost instantaneously fatal attraction by contact with the active surface of said device, thanks to a particular design associating a beam of attractants with a contact insecticide. The device is structured in an inert support (12) and an active base (13) in cast polyurethane matrix carrying attractants and insecticide. It can be used anywhere in a continuous way, without energy or maintenance. Selon l'invention, on propose la réalisation d'un nouveau dispositif attracticide autonome (1) de lutte contre les insectes volants nuisibles et plus spécifiquement contre les mouches, en se basant sur la concentration sur ledit dispositif d'un faisceau d'attractifs de mouches élaboré par la combinaison des stimuli « vision de couleurs + olfaction + gustation », pour attirer les mouches sur une surface solide, non collante et comportant des insecticides de contact pour lesdites mouches. Le dispositif fonctionne par attraction quasi instantanément mortelle par contact avec la surface active dudit dispositif, grâce à une conception particulière associant un faisceau d'attractifs avec un insecticide de contact. Le dispositif est structuré en un support inerte (12) et un fond actif (13) en matrice polyuréthanne coulé portant des attractifs et l'insecticide. Il est utilisable en tout lieu de manière continue, sans énergie ni entretien.
