Provided are a method and an apparatus for computer tomography by injecting contrast agents. The method includes: a step of setting Region of Interest (ROI) on a scout image for an object； a step of irradiating an X-ray on the region of interest, and detecting an X-ray transmitting the region of interest to obtain at least one X-ray project image； a step of measuring differences of pixel values between the at least one X-ray project image obtained before and after injecting the contrast agents into the region of interest； and a step of determining a start of computer tomography for diagnosis by comparing the measured differences of pixel values with preset threshold. The present invention is for providing the method and the apparatus for determining optimal time to start computer tomography for diagnosis by using pixel values of the at least one X-ray projection image obtained before and after injecting contrast agents into an object.조영제를 주입하여 컴퓨터 단층 촬영하는 방법 및 장치를 제공한다. 본 개시의 일 실시예는 대상체에 관한 스카우트 이미지(Scout image) 상에서 관심 영역(Region of Interest, ROI)을 설정하는 단계, 관심 영역에 X선을 조사하고 관심 영역을 투과하는 X선을 검출하여 적어도 하나의 X선 프로젝션 이미지(X-ray projection image)를 획득하는 단계, 관심 영역에 조영제를 주입하기 전에 획득한 적어도 하나의 X선 프로젝션 이미지와 상기 관심 영역에 조영제를 주입하고 난 이후에 획득한 적어도 하나의 X선 프로젝션 이미지의 픽셀 값의 차를 측정하는 단계, 및 측정된 픽셀 값의 차를 기설정된 임계치와 비교하여 진단용 컴퓨터 단층 촬영의 개시 여부를 결정하는 단계를 포함하는, 대상체에 조영제를 주입하여 컴퓨터 단층 촬영하는 방법을 제공한다.
