PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize decreasing interaction with un-reaped crop stems by an interlock mechanism interlocking a first step of a footplate and a second step thereof and harvest lost due to such interaction, and easy getting on and off a steering part.SOLUTION: In a combine harvester, an operation portion (5) is installed on one of right/left sides of a machine frame (1), and a step floor (12) is installed at a front side lower part of an operation seat (19) in the operation portion (5). A footplate (21) is given on an outer wall (11) formed at an outside lower part of the step floor (12) and capable of switching between a storage position close to the outer wall (11) and an overhang position projecting outward from the outer wall (11). The footplate (21) includes a first step (31) and a second step (41) positioned at an upper side of the first step (31).
