The present invention relates to an oral-administration pharmaceutical composition which contains the rebamipide known as a low-soluble drug with a low intestine absorption rate. More specifically, the composition is prepared as a solid dispersing agent to increase the solubility and biological availability in the intestines. The solid dispersing agent of the present invention is thermodynamically stable and is used as the oral-administration pharmaceutical composition which contains the rebamipide with an increased dissolution rate. Accordingly, the present invention can ensure the excellent solubility to increase the bioavailability accordingly.본 발명은 난용성 약물에 해당하여 장관 흡수가 낮은 것으로 알려져 있는 레바미피드를 함유하는 경구투여용 약제 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 고체분산제로 제조하여 장관에서 용해도 및 생물학적 가용성을 높이는 방법 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 고체분산체는 열역학적으로 안정하고, 용출율이 개선된 레바미피드 함유 경구투여용 약제 조성물로서 우수한 용해도를 가짐으로써 높은 생체이용률을 제공할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
