The soft and rigid products may be received in a common cavity or be held separately in discrete soft and rigid segments of the body. A releasable material may be held in the body which may include a releasable attractant material and/or a releasable treatment material as a stand-alone material or incorporated at least partially into the soft and/or hard product.
