The absorbent body 2 and the external body 3 are fixed through the extension region 41e. The external body 3 has flexibility in at least a lateral direction Y. The wearing article 1 has a body fixing part 52 in which the extension region 41e is fixed to the absorbent body 2, and an external body fixing part 53 in which the extension region 41e is fixed to the external body 3.
