The system (102), comprising: a block (104) implantable in part (106) of the body of a mammal, the block being provided with a first electrical contact (110, 112, 114, 116, 118, 120), and a module (108) configured to fit into a unit, the module provided with a second electrical contact (122, 124, 126) for interacting with said first electrical contact, in which the first electrical contact and the second electrical contact are mutually movable, at least in stationary placement module in the block, between the contact position in which the said first and second electrical contacts are electrically connected, and a non-contact position in which said first and second electrical contacts are separated from each other. 2. The system of claim 1, wherein the module is removable from the unit when the first and second electrical contacts are in a non-contact position. The system according to claim 1, in which at least one of the first and second electrical contacts is elastically deformable. The system according to claim 3, in which the first and second electrical contacts are mutually mechanically compressible in the contact position. The system according to claim 3, wherein the system is configured to accommodate an object (134) that is configured to mutually move the first and second electrical contacts between the contact position and the non-contact position by elastic deformation of at least one of the first and second electrical contacts. 6.
