The present invention relates to a cosmetic container and, more specifically, to a cosmetic container comprising: a cover； an upper container combined to the cover and equipped with a ball member with globular shape on the upper side； and a lower container rotatably connected to the upper container for storing a cosmetic solution inside. The upper container and the lower container rotate to be mutually opened or closed with respect to an operation of a user. When being opened, a cosmetic solution of the lower container moves to the upper container to be provided for user skin through a rotation of the ball member.
