The present invention relates to a method of preparing a composition for immunity enhancement using Grifola frondosa, and a hot pepper paste using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method of preparing a composition for immunity enhancement by preparing an extract of Grifola frondosa through application of a starter production technique, and then using the extract of Grifola frondosa, and to a method of preparing a hot pepper paste using the same.
