The present invention relates to a producing method of an eco-friendly bio composition, and an application use of the eco-friendly bio composition produced thereby. The present invention is a technique which cultures a microorganism by using a two-step culture method without a use of chemical compounds, and produces the bio composition, wherein the bio composition can be used as a fertilizer for agriculture, a deodorant, etc. The eco-friendly bio composition produced by the technique according to the present invention can completely eliminate non--preference of consumers by completely removing the unique odor in a fermentation product of fast-fermented bean paste, and efficacy can be maintained in the same level with an existing bio composition.
