A dental prosthetic device for dental crowns which are fixable to bone implants through a suitable abutment (1), with a transverse anchoring screw (V), comprising: a cylindrical insert (3), which is insertable into the tubular body of the abutment (1) after its fixation to the head of the endosseous implant, which insert (3) is provided with an additional transverse threaded hole (4) placed at a transverse hole (2) present in the abutment itself; wherein the conical transverse screw (V) is configured to engage both the thread of the hole (2) in the abutment (3) but also and above all the thread of the corresponding additional transverse hole (4) of the cylindrical insert (3). The length of said hole can cover up to the entire diameter of the insert itself, so that the conical screw (V) is firmly screwed and gripped in the transverse hole (4) over the whole length of the stem of the screw itself.
